18cm long x 28cm wide x 19cm deep
This telephone was used by the RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) on the Fetlar Bird Sanctuary in 1960s and 1970s when Snowy Owls bred there. It was for potential use if those watching the sanctuary noticed egg collectors trying to steal the owls' eggs.
